It's not. Sony outsold and is outselling Microsoft what? 2(3) to 1? Granted Sony might not have the titles yet (inFamous and all the exclusive DLC/indies though) but it has the features, speed, internals and capability to blow MS out of the water I think. Once some exclusives hit I think Sony will kick even more ass.
Although, Wii U > PS4 > Xbox One.
I said it. Only reason why: great titles.

Right now Sony's game line up holds it back so hard, I own exactly 2 games for the PS4, Killzone(which isn't as good as the 1st one still), and Infamous, which i only bought because my friends wanted to play it. As it stands my PS4 may as well be called 'My Netflix Device'
